Pho Combination

A combination of tender beef slices, meatball, beef tendon, brisket, and beef tripe. Eatz' slow-simmered beef bone broth made with ginger and onion. Served with rice noodles, fresh cilantro, and scallion and onions. Bean sprouts, Thai basil, rice patty herbs, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime on the side.

Our specialty combination pho broth with tender beef slices, meatballs, beef tendon, tripe and brisket.

Eatz' special fusion broth made from pork and chicken bones. Served with rice noodle and shrimp, squid, sauteed ground pork, pork loin, quail eggs, garlic chives, roasted garlic and shallot, fresh cilantro, and scallion and onion mix. Bean sprouts, lettuce, lime, and pickled jalapeno on the side.

Wok stir-fried pho with thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts, Thai basil, onion and cilantro in a house special spicy hoisin sauce. Served with a bowl of pho broth.
